Question: are those tomatoes hard after you apply the varnish or should you bake it?

bake them then varnish them. I think the varnish would blister in the heat.

Hi! First of all, this is an excellent tutorial all in all, so I really hope you won't be offended if I say something, that's bugging me... You give the baking time and the temperature, but is it like that for all brands of clay? And I was wondering if you give the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius? As far as I know in the US you guys use Fahrenheit, but we in Europe use Celsius, and I'm pretty sure if I baked it at 200 C they'd burn.
And I wanna make it clear that I really like you and admire your work so I didn't mean to be mean, it's for the sake of those who are from this part of the world and might not think this over just go with what you say.

No worries friend, it is helpful to hear about changes i should make. I believe all polymer clay bakes at about the same temperature which is between 230f (110c) and 275f(130c). I always bake my clay at a cooler temperature to make sure i don't get any browning so 200f (93c). It is safer to bake for a longer time at a lower temp.
I will change the text in the tutorial after work today. Thanks for the help!
